River Play Day and Fishing

The boys and I went out the Hiwassee River to play with some friends Thursday. This place is beautiful ! The boys loved it and had a blast throwing rocks, splashing and fishing with sticks. There were tiny fish everywhere, so they worked hard trying to catch them. Jeremiah put his stick in the water and said "open your mouth fish ". We had a great day together and will definitely have to go back with Matt.

Happy Fathers Day !!

I know I am late posting this. But Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. We hope you had a great day with your family.

Past Week

Here pics from the garden.. They are having so much fun in garden watching everything grow. I think that they are amazed because all the veggies are taller than them now.

Last year they were terrified to wear these swim suits, but I needed them to wear them this year because we are starting to do water play dates with our Moms group, so I got them out yesterday to see if they would like them. They LOVED them, they wore them in the house for 2 hours I had to make them take them off for supper.

Pool Time

It was so hot this morning we ran to get a pool. I filled it up and let it warm while the boys took there nap. They had a blast. I need to take them to a real pool.

MooFest

This past Saturday in our town was the National Moofest. Because Mayfield Dairy is here and dairy farming is a big part of the community they had a big festival with music, food, vendors, and cows. The boys loved getting to play with the baby cows and all the music going on. They love nee-nee's (guitars) and love to watch anyone playing them so we spent alot of time in front of the stage. It was a fun Family Day !

Stawberry Festival and Parade

We went to Dayton, TN a few weeks ago for the Strawberry Festival an Parade. Just a big festival with kids activities, vendors, food and then a parade to end it. We had lots of fun. The boys loved the parade and all the candy.
