Last week I canned apples- ended up with 15 quarts of apple pie filling and 15 pints and 2 quarts of apple butter. The boys were great helpers with peeling the apples. We had fun working together.
This week I am doing pears. Today I got 12 jelly jars and 1 pint of pear butter. This is all hard work I never realized the work involved in all this, but we will enjoy the benefits of this all winter. Here is a pic of the finished work. And Gracie while I was canning.

Oh Elizabeth she is so cute!!! I cracked when I saw the boys trying to nurse all their baby dolls!! You have a beatiful family!!
